Terms of Service
Last updated 3 September 2026
These terms govern your use of TDS Minutes, operated by Tech Direct Support. By using the service you agree to them.
Access
TDS Minutes is invite only. Accounts are issued to named people and may not be shared. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to record each meeting you send the note taker to, and must obtain any consent required by law or by your organisation.
You must not use the service to record meetings you are not a party to, to break any law, or to attempt to reach another customer’s data.
Our service
Minutes are generated automatically from an automated transcript. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not a substitute for your own record of a meeting. You should check anything you intend to rely on.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change or withdraw features.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
